The staff was really friendly and helpful. I got to enjoy a nice breakfast with many choices. I could have coffee at anytime from the expresso machine. Dinners were available at the bar.
The room was not very clean. The carpet looked unhygienic. I found someone's clothes in the room. Two coffee machines were broken.

The bus stop outside the building provided easy access to trails. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice perk. I liked the easy check-in process and the views from the hotel.
One coffee machine was broken , reducing efficiency.

i appreciated the convenient self check-in process, especially arriving late. free breakfast provided a good start to the day, including nutella. the room had a mountain view and the bus stop right outside made getting around easy. the food was great and reasonably priced.
The music from the bar downstairs continued until 11pm, disturbing sleep due to poor sound insulation. This was a monday.
